Buying and wearing our awareness clothing really is a win-win, you’re helping to raise awareness and raise vital funds at the same time.

Every garment carries a QR code leading to What Is HD?, a family-built website based on nearly 30 years of real experience with Huntington’s disease. Each time someone notices it, scans it or starts a conversation, you’re helping this cruel and often-hidden disease become better understood.

At the same time, 50% of the sale price from every garment will be donated directly to Charlie’s London Marathon fundraising for the Huntington’s Disease Association.

So when you buy a T-shirt or hoodie, you’re doing two important things: helping people discover what Huntington’s disease really is and helping Charlie raise money for families affected by it.

All garments are printed to order and are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Depending on when your order is placed and the number of orders being processed, it may be dispatched the same day or the following day.
